Hey there, friend! I’m Molly. This space is all about sharing the ways I’m learning to flourish—mind, body, and spirit—and I’d love for you to come along on this beautiful, messy journey. Whether you’re navigating your own health transformation, looking for a little faith inspiration, or just need a reminder that you’re doing great (spoiler: you are!), you’re in the right place.
After my bariatric surgery and GLP-1 journey, I’ve lost 189lbs, but the real magic has been in the mindset shift and the faith that have carried me through. It has not been an easy journey, or a linear one, but I am a better version of myself because of every single step.
When I’m not creating content, I’m diving deep into my grad studies as I work toward becoming a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I’m also pursuing certifications as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner, Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist, and an Evergreen Certified Binge Eating and Chronic Dieting Professional.
Over the last few months (since the beginning of 2025), I have had to take a step back a rework some priorities as I learn to navigate life with POTS and Sympathetic Dominant Dysautonomia. I am firmly believing that the Lord brings beauty from ashes, and that will remain true despite the chaos of my current season. If beauty comes from ashes, there has to be a fire sometime, somewhere! I think that is what I am living through now.
Along with my passion for faith, holistic health, and encouraging others, you’ll probably find me singing Disney songs at the top of my lungs (don’t judge, you know you do it too).
So grab your proffee (or tea), kick back, and get ready for some fun, growth, and a whole lot of encouragement. And yes, you might hear me throw in a Disney reference or two. Or ten. Let it goooooo… you know you love it.
Let’s heal, grow, and flourish—together. 🌱✨
